Install a package chilled water system at College of Medicine Building #2 including all associated piping, pumps, valves and controls. The current system is at capacity and additional cooling capacity is needed.

Replace pneumatic control Variable Air Volume boxes and Air Handling units at the Hardin Valley campus with digital control units. Replace cooling tower #3 and related items.

Replace the roof on the 1998 building. Specific re-roofing expertise is required.
|Chattanooga SCC||Energy Plant & Omniplex Roof Replacement|
Replace roofs on the Energy Plant and the second floor of the Omniplex. Existing system may contain asbestos. Specific re-roofing expertise is required.
|MTSU||Flight Simulator Building|
Provide new building to house the Aerospace programs Flight Simulators at the Airport Campus. This project will also enhance the IT/data infrastructure for the entire MTSU Airport Campus.
|Walters SCC||College Center HVAC Corrections|
Install chilled water air handling units with hot water heating on the roof of the College Center Assembly Hall. The units are to be connected to the campus' chilled water and hot water systems.
|Jackson SCC||McWherter Roof and Envelope Repairs|
Replace the modified single membrane roof on this 1995 building. Work will include repair / replacement of flashing along roof line and under windows. Additional flashing repairs are necessary on the store front glass. Other envelope waterproofing will include replacing of some of the glass blocks with material to match the rest of the building skin. Specific re-roofing expertise is required.
|Statewide||Statewide Updates at TTCs|
Statewide project starting with Phase 1 in West TN. Projects in Crump and Ripley include entrance, doors, restroom upgrades and related work. Projects in Jackson and Paris include security systems, locks and fire alarms. Two Designers will be selected: One Architect and one Engineer in the West region will be selected for Phase 1 of this project.
|UoM||Building Code and Safety Updates|
Updates for code and safety in several campus buildings. Project will include emergency generators, elevator & fire alarm upgrades. Asbestos abatement may be a part of this project. The majority of the project will require engineering services.
|Columbia SCC||Warf Building HVAC Updates|
Replace HVAC systems and controls in the 1967 Warf classroom building. The Warf building contains most of the campus labs which need to be out-of-service a minimal time. Asbestos abatement may be a part of this project.
|ETSU||Several Buildings Elevator Update|
Update elevators on the main campus. Work is expected to be accomplished under an Elevator Maintenance & Service Contract. An elevator consultant is needed to review the planned work and assist the campus as necessary. Specific expertise in elevator safety, codes and related maintenance upgrades is required.
|MTSU||Murphy Center Roof Replacement|
Replace the Adhered EDPM roof that was installed in 1996. Specific re-roofing expertise is required.
|UoM||Academic Buildings HVAC Corrections|
Replace HVAC components and systems in Clement, Ellington, Mitchell, Music and Rose Theatre. Asbestos abatement may be a part of this project.
Phase 1 of a new 10,000 seat football stadium. The stadium is to include a playing field, stadium seating, concession areas, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, player training areas and other associated amenities. The initial funding is for Phase I. Specific expertise in sports facilities is required.
|MTSU||Andrew W. Miller Center Renovations|
Renovation of the former MTMC existing office building to provide academic classrooms, labs and administrative support spaces. The project will extend campus data infrastructure to the building. Lighting and security upgrades will be made to the adjacent properties, including surface parking lots and parking garage structure.
|APSU||Fine Arts Improvements|
Renovate the Trahern Building and provide an addition or new building to improve the functional environment for the Arts and Theater Departments. Additional programming will be required to allocate resources for renovated space vs new space.
|Jackson SCC||Health Sciences Building|
Provide planning services for Allied Health programs in a new Health Sciences Building. Renovate vacated areas for other academic uses. Expertise in Health Sciences teaching facilities is required.
|TTC||TTC - Chattanooga, Jackson, Paris, & Shelbyville Additions|
Provide planning services for TTC projects. Additional programming will be required. Work includes classlabs, computer labs, offices, and related support. Two Designers will be selected: One for projects in Chattanooga & Shelbyville. One for projects in Paris & Jackson.
