Projects Requiring Designers

If you are interested in a project listed below:

  1. Visit the website of the Office of State Architect to review the updated Designer Selection Process.
  2. Register with the Office of State Architect.
  3. Download and save the April 2013 revision of the Designer Letter of Interest Form.
  4. Complete the document specifically for the project in which you have interest.
  5. The response is limited to four pages (do not include photographs or attachments).
  6. Attach the completed Letter of Interest (in PDF format) to the appropriate email link in the list below.
  7. TBR requires a Designer Letter of Interest for Standard and Minor projects.

TTUResidence Halls Roof Replacements
Replace roofs on five residence halls - New Hall South, Pinkerton/M.S. Cooper, Maddux/McCord, Warf/Ellington and Cooper/Dunn. This will be a multi-phase project. Most of the roof on each building is sloped with shingles. There are low slope roof areas on 4 buildings. Specific re-roofing expertise is required. Identify the specific roofing expertise of the arch/engr that will be on this project and their level of participation.

This project requires a “Request for Designer Qualifications” (RFQ). Do NOT use the “Designer Letter of Interest”. Refer to the RFPs & RFQs link on the OFD page for complete RFQ information. Submit your RFQ response as required in the RFQ.
Northeast SCCGray Campus Code and HVAC Corrections
Correct code deficiencies and update the HVAC system at the NeSCC at Gray campus. Upgrades include ADA restrooms, fire alarm and related improvements.
